Industrial connector insert with rapid assembly termination technology
The HARTING Han® Q8/0 industrial connector insert is now available with the company’s innovative Han-Quick Lock® termination technology for rapid field assembly.
This patented technique allows time-saving and simple assembly without special tools other than a standard, commercially available screwdriver.
The reliable and vibration-proof contact offers maximum reliability in power, signal and control applications.
The electrical specifications of the new insert are the same as those of the proven Han Q® 8/0 with crimp termination, and the device is 100% plug compatible with existing units.
The Han Q® 8/0 insert incorporates eight power contacts plus a protected earth, with terminals for stranded wire with cross-sectional areas between 0.5 mm² and 2.5 mm² (AWG 20-14). Maximum current and voltage ratings are 16 A and 500 V, respectively.
