Meet Jess, the newest member of the HARTING Ltd team

We have welcomed Jess Fowkes to the HARTING Ltd team. Jess has joined in the role of Customer Service Co-Coordinator.

What’s your background? What attracted you to HARTING?

I come from a recruitment background, but, after travelling, I fancied trying something new. HARTING appealed to me because it is a family run, global business and I liked that all different areas of the business work alongside one another, under one roof.

What does your job role entail?

I am the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, ranging from order processing and raising purchase orders, to handling and investigating customer enquiries. I will be working alongside Lindsey Baker on the rail accounts.

What are you most looking forward to in your role?

I am looking forward to learning about a whole new industry and taking on a new challenge, as this is something I have never done before.

Are you looking forward to being part of the HARTING team?

There is a really friendly atmosphere in the office, and I am really looking forward to getting to know everybody.

Which product range interests you the most?

I studied media at university, so I am interested in learning more about the products that are used in the entertainments and broadcasting industry.
